TAXES
All rates are exclusive of all applicable duties /destination charges, whether customs or otherwise, and do not include Customs Duties, Fuel Surcharges, Value Added Surcharges and other relevant government charges and taxes.

INSURANCE
The Customer is responsible for obtaining its own insurance. Upon Customer’s request, we can arrange for additional insurance via a 3rd party insurer. Upon acceptance of the insurance request of the declared shipment value is charged at an extra premium.

OVER 1,000 KG/ BULK PURCHASE
For shipments above 1000kg, different rates may apply due to IATA regulations.Kindly contact us prior to making bulk purchase.

SHIPPING FEE

Currently, we ship all our products from Malaysia.

We currently ship to the following countries. If your required shipping country is not listed, our courier service is unable to deliver to that particular area/ region at time of print. The charges are according to weight and country zone.
